At CRA Martial Arts and Fitness we are very proud of our facilities. Our academy is home to CRA BJJ / MMA / Kids alongside Adre Coffee Shop, Grapple Machine Gym, Cosmic Clinics and Swansea Cryo.

The martial arts has a matted area of 300m^2, separate female and male changing rooms, communal sauna and a timetable with over 30 classes weekly.

Adre Coffee Shop is one of the game changers here at the facility, we provide a comfy area to sit and enjoy the local Gower coffe whilst observing class or relax before or after a session.

CRA boasts a full 15 person Sauna to help you relax and recover after training.

Fitness Gym – CRA have a full fitness set up including Squat racks, Olympic Bars & Plates, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Cable Machines and much more. Alongside our weights we also have a range of cardio equipment available.

Grapple Machine offers bespoke Strength & Conditioning training specifically for Grapplers. We provide 1:1 & Small Group Training, Online Programming and Nutrition Coaching to help optimise your athleticism and back up the skills you’re building on the mat.

Cosmic Clinics specialise in anti wrinkle injections and anti ageing treatments designed to make you look and feel great. All of our procedures are performed by fully qualified Doctors, using the best products available to ensure the highest quality of service and results.
